FAQ

FAQ about Kive alternatives

What is Kive?

Kive describes itself as an AI product photography and campaign content workspace for e-commerce brands. You build a product model from one to four photos, pick a Studio with saved settings for lighting, camera and background, and create images and short videos, also in bulk. You can also swap backgrounds, upscale and retouch.

How does Kive pricing work?

Kive uses monthly credits. There is a free tier, a Basic plan and Pro plans with increasing amounts of credits; Enterprise covers larger volumes. According to Kive one image costs about 10 credits. Current amounts are on the Kive site.

When is Kive the better choice?

When you mainly want product and campaign images in a consistent style, your webshop runs on Shopify, and product copy, data and publishing are already handled another way.

What does Photopilot do differently?

Photopilot is not a standalone image tool. It starts from your own photo or a supplier image and delivers a complete product page: packshots, model photos, campaign images, product copy in every language and the product data. The product is fully enriched and online in your webshop within 12 seconds. Photopilot has processed more than 300,000 products; customers include Van Tilburg, Berden and Duifhuizen.

Are size and fit right on AI model images?

Photopilot works with the real product dimensions from your product data. At Duifhuizen a 69 cm suitcase stands next to a 180 cm model, and the scale is verified. When the fit of a garment has to be exact, you use Fit guarantee: one real fit photo, after which only the model is swapped.
