From Fashion Cloud rule to approved Berden photo set
These screens follow the production flow: the image standard is configured per route and the results then remain visible with the correct Berden item.
Different image types, each with their own rules
Model and product photography follow separate steps for background, cropping, shadow, color correction, and template. This keeps the collection consistent without one rigid setting for everything.
All image slots for the same item
Webshop image, full model, front view and back view are side by side. The team immediately sees which results are new and which are already live.
Daily processing from Fashion Cloud
Articles from Fashion Cloud are imported, sorted by stock, and prepared in batches for automatic approval or a chosen review before publication.
Stockbase EAN Link
Via Stockbase, each item is linked to the correct supplier images by EAN. Berden is the only customer using this combination in production.
ACA article creation
New articles are automatically created based on supplier data and product data, variants and metadata flow directly into the system.
Directly online
Automatically or manually approved photos and metadata are sent to the webshop. New collections are online the same day, not a week later.
As an e-commerce manager at Berden Mode & Wonen, I am continuously focused on scale and efficiency.
