Rinsma Modeplein

New Fashion Cloud images sales-ready faster, with review where Rinsma wants it

New stock only becomes valuable when customers can see it. At Rinsma Modeplein, new images arrive every day for a broad selection of brands. The challenge is not editing one photo, but knowing exactly which image belongs to which item and what can go online today.

Photopilot retrieves new Fashion Cloud images, puts items with stock first and applies the agreed image rules. Trusted brands can flow through automatically; only uncertainty about matching, order or crop reaches the team.

The rules behind Rinsma's Fashion Cloud route

Here you can see how a Fashion Cloud route is configured. For Rinsma, each brand or collection determines what flows through automatically and what only becomes visible when there is an exception.

Automatic where certain, review where needed

Model and product photos follow their own steps for background, cropping, shadow, color, and template. Per brand or collection, Rinsma chooses which results proceed automatically and which the team reviews first.

Packshot, full model, front and back views, and detail images are side by side. Stock helps Rinsma prioritize; new results are only reviewed when the configured workflow requires it.
