The AI reads style, length, neckline, closure, and details from the photo. Anything that isn’t visible stays empty instead of being guessed.
Upload the file exactly as it comes from the brand. Photopilot understands what it contains, with no templates needed.
Photopilot finds the item on the brand’s website and imports the missing details, such as material and care.
Take a photo of the label and Photopilot reads the care symbols and materials, linking them directly to the right item.
Anything already in your POS or ERP is included automatically.
Anything a staff member enters or scans always takes priority. Photopilot only fills in what is still missing.
Anything your team has already filled in stays as it is. Photopilot only fills the gaps and turns messy data into clean product information.
Only when the product data is accurate will the text, filters, and what Google and AI assistants say about your product be accurate too.
In your brand voice, with material, fit and care worked into copy that sells.

Content Enrichment means turning incomplete item data into a complete product page. Photopilot reads missing information from the product photo, looks up the rest in Excel, on the brand website, and on labels, then creates product copy, an SEO title, a meta description, alt text, filters, and translations in one run.
Product Texts are the output: the text that appears in the webshop. Content enrichment makes sure the underlying product data is complete, such as composition, care instructions, sizes, and features. Text can never be better than the data it is based on, which is why Photopilot handles both in the same workflow.
A PIM stores and manages product data, but does not fill in anything itself. Photopilot automatically fills in missing data, creates the content, and publishes it. It works alongside an existing PIM or ERP, or without a PIM directly with the webshop.
Mostly from the product photo: the AI recognizes style, length, and details. Photopilot gets the rest from the Excel file or the brand’s website, a scan of the care label, and your POS or ERP. Everything is automatically linked to the right item.
Automatically. Photopilot finds the item on the brand’s website, pulls in what is missing, such as material and care information, and links it to the right product. If something is not online yet, Photopilot tries again later.
Yes. Upload the file exactly as it comes from the brand; Photopilot works out what each column means and remembers it for next time. No templates, no dragging columns around.
No. Anything your team has already filled in stays as it is. Photopilot only fills the gaps.
Photopilot turns messy compositions such as ‘47.5% CO 48% PES 4.5% EA’ into clean product information: ‘Cotton 48%, polyester 48%, elastane 4%’, with a total that always adds up.
Yes. Take a photo of the care label with the iPhone app or a camera on the studio floor, and Photopilot recognizes all 38 care symbols and adds them to the right product.
Search engines show a product for specific searches when the page and the structured data include those attributes. With complete data, Photopilot creates unique SEO titles, meta descriptions, and alt text for each item, instead of using the same supplier text that appears on dozens of other online stores.
AI assistants read product pages, feeds, and structured data, and mention products whose attributes they can identify with confidence. Complete, consistent item data, clear product copy, and FAQs for each product give them that confidence. Content Enrichment provides exactly that foundation.
In all languages your webshop uses, including Dutch, English, German and French, in the same run. Filter values follow the translations from your own option lists.
A fully enriched product costs from €0.01; the price depends on the number of languages and the text length. In 2026, Photopilot created 8,138 complete product enrichments for Van Dijk, averaging €0.01 per enrichment.
No. You first see what Photopilot is going to do, then you decide. After that it runs automatically, and you choose per brand or collection what goes live automatically.
