What do we get for the starting price of €500 per month?

The starting price of Photopilot is €500 per month for 1,000 enriched items per year. This includes automatic image processing, publication, and the modules Content, AI, Fashion Cloud, and Supplier Portal. The use of generative AI, such as AI images and product texts, is charged additionally per use.

Do we pay per edited image or per credit?

No, daily image processing is part of Photopilot's monthly plan. No credits are deducted per crop, standard background removal, shadow, color correction, export, or publication step, within the agreed article and image volume. Only generative AI is billed per use.

Packshot editing

How much does generative AI cost on top of the monthly plan?

At Photopilot, you only pay per use for generative features like an AI packshot, scene, AI model photo, or product content. The starting price is €0.05 per AI image for 1,000 images and about €0.01 per fully enriched product, where one task creates all set texts and languages. Material analysis and automatically linking supplier images with AI are also billed based on actual usage.

The price of Photopilot depends on volume: the number of active items, images per season, and publication frequency. Additionally, sources and integrations count, as well as the choice between automatic publishing or publishing with a review step. The price per item decreases as volume increases.

In the first meeting, you receive a concrete price, calculated based on your active articles and the modules you want to use. With the average number of articles, your image sources, and the webshop connection, Photopilot can quickly make a suitable proposal. Support for setup, use, and further development is part of that proposal.

Are we tied to a long contract term?

No. A Photopilot agreement is entered into for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with one month's notice, in writing or by email. You pay monthly for the agreed modules and AI usage.

Who owns our photos and the edited images?

Yours. The photos you provide and the edited results remain the property of the customer; Photopilot only receives the usage rights necessary to provide the service. The software itself remains the property of Photopilot and is used under a license for the duration of the agreement.
