Van Tilburg Mode & Sport

Supplier portal, studio, and Packshot Studio in one item route

Van Tilburg Mode & Sport combines a very wide range for women, men, kids, shoes, and sports with its own image production and large supplier flows. The challenge is not in a single photo, but in reliably bringing together source, article, image variant, and publication status.

In Photopilot, Fashion Cloud, ACA, supplier folders via FTP, the supplier portal, own studio shoots, and Packshot Studio come together. A file is first linked to the correct item; then the agreed image route follows, and the complete photo set remains available for review.

The production check on July 30, 2026, supports that workflow: 87,879 active items, 124,904 pipeline images, 156 active suppliers, and 35 successful Packshot Studio jobs. The figures below come directly from Tilburg PRODUCTION.

From supplier file to complete webshop set

The production environment links large supplier streams to in-house studio and packshot work. This keeps it clear where an image comes from, which item it belongs to, and which variant is ready for publication.

One item route

Four steps from source to image slot

  1. 01

    Sources converge

Fashion Cloud, ACA, and supplier folders via FTP feed the same item environment. The source remains visible with each image.

  2. 02

    Files are linked

The supplier portal recognizes item number or EAN, shows conflicts, and only imports a confirmed match into the pipeline.

  3. 03

    Packshot Studio creates the set

A front and back view on a mannequin are processed into two clean ghost packshots that stay with the item.

  4. 04

    Control and publication

New results are added to the existing image slots. The team reviews exceptions and continues with the selected photo set.
