Frequently Asked Questions

Recurring questions from workflow status, supplier matching, approval, and publication.

Which question should I ask the AI assistant first?
Ask by item, batch, or source: why is item X on review, which images are missing in slot Y, or why has batch Z not been published yet? The AI assistant looks at workflow status, source, match, and publication step. If work is blocked, call or WhatsApp us afterwards.
Why does an item stay on review or exception?
Usually there is not enough certainty in the match, image slot, or output rule. Think EAN/GTIN, supplier item number, color code, pose, or product group. Reliable matches continue; edge cases remain visible so someone can approve or correct them precisely.
What if supplier images do not link to the right item?
Send a sample file, ZIP, portal export, or folder structure. We compare filename, path, EAN/GTIN, color code, and item number with your feed and adjust the naming convention per brand. After that, new drops run through the same workflow automatically.
When are images approved automatically, and when not?
We only use automatic approval when match certainty is high and the rules for crop, background, output slot, and publication are fixed. Per brand, collection, or item type, you decide where human approval remains required before image or content goes live.
Does a new supplier delivery overwrite existing photos?
No. New deliveries enter as a batch with versioning and an audit log. You can see who, when, and which items were affected, and decide through approval or export rules what may replace existing live images.
Why does an approved image not return to the webshop or PIM?
Then we check publication status, required product data, output slots, and export destination. Shopware, Shopify, Scayle, Azure, FTP, PIM, or custom shops each have their own rules; always mention item, batch, and destination when contacting support.
