Operational flow

One content platform from source to webshop

Photopilot brings product data, image editing, AI content, styling, approval and publication together. Product content stays current, repeatable and ready for every channel.

  1. 01 Sources

    Connect sources

Feeds, studios, ERP, PIM and supplier portals enter the content platform through the same connector module.

  2. 02 Analyzer

    Understand the images

Detection, pose, segmentation, crop points and item types determine which processing is needed.

  3. 03 Processing

    Crop, background and color

Model crop, layout rules, background removal, color correction and output formats run automatically.

  4. 04 Control

    Approve before publication

Teams approve, correct or adjust before images and content go to the webshop.

  5. 05 Publication

    Live in every channel

Webshops, PIM, marketplaces, Azure or FTP stay in sync with images, copy, metadata and product data.

Concrete example

From source image to webshop image

Packshots visibly keep the configured padding around the article. For model photos, magic cropping places a crop box with padding around the person, so every output keeps the same spacing and ratio.

Source

Shoot, packshot or supplier
Output 1

Output 2

One article, multiple outputs

Per article group, you configure packshot margins, layout guide lines and model padding. Photopilot recognizes the article, scales packshots with white space and automatically keeps padding around the person in model photos.

  • Packshot layout grid
  • Model crop box with padding
  • Configurable margins
  • Packshot or model output

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions customers usually ask us first.

Sources

Fashion Cloud, Stockbase, ACA/SRS, PIM, ERP, supplier portals, FTP/SFTP, ZIP, email attachments and studio input.

Destinations

Shopware, Shopify, Scayle, Fashion Cloud, PIM, DAM, Azure Blob, FTP/SFTP, direct webhook or custom webshop.

Does this work with our supplier data and internal systems?

Yes. Photopilot is built as a connectable workflow layer. We connect sources such as Fashion Cloud, Stockbase, ACA/SRS, PIM, ERP, supplier portals, FTP/SFTP, ZIP files and studio input, then pass images, copy and metadata on to the systems your team already uses.

What if a supplier is not in Fashion Cloud or Stockbase?

Then we use the Supplier module. Brands with a brand portal, dealer extranet, FTP/SFTP folder, ZIP file or email attachment get their own source in Photopilot. We measure what percentage of images automatically match to products and only send exceptions to manual review.

Can you connect our custom webshop or platform?

Yes. Alongside Shopware, Shopify and Scayle, we also connect to custom webshops, PIM/DAM systems, Azure Blob, FTP/SFTP, APIs and direct webhooks. During the workflow scan, we define the right format, filename, order, status and publishing rule for each output.

Can images, copy and metadata go to several places at once?

Yes. An approved product can send packshots to the webshop, product copy to PIM or Shopware, set relations to a custom integration and files to Azure or FTP at the same time. Photopilot tracks per destination what has been published and which step still needs attention.

How much control do we retain?

You stay fully in control. Images and copy go live according to the agreed approval flow: manual where needed at first, and once you are happy with the results, optional automatic approval per brand, collection, product type or channel. Crop templates, background settings, AI prompts, filenames, product order and export rules remain configurable per segment.

We already have a photo studio. Does that fit?

Zeker.

How quickly can a first integration go live?

We start small: one source, one product group and one output. Once matching, approval and publishing are reliable, we expand to more suppliers, studio flows, content rules and destinations. That way it does not become a large IT project before you see value.

What does it cost?
From €650 p/m

Photopilot starts from €650 per month. The exact price depends on volume, sources, integrations and publication flow inside the content platform.

Other question?

Start with a workflow scan; then we map sources, bottlenecks and desired integrations in concrete terms.
