Used modules
The Stone uses these components together: studio, image editing, styling relationships and publication control.
Own studio on the pipeline
The Stone's photo studio is directly connected to Photopilot Studio. 6,500+ shoots and 108,000+ studio photos are automatically processed through the system, with photography and editing happening in parallel, without an export step.
Image editing
Photopilot automatically adjusts each photo to The Stone's house style. Cropping, color, and consistency follow fixed rules, ensuring each item looks uniform, regardless of who photographs that day.
Shop The Look
Each photo is linked to the corresponding product data and Shop the Look relationships. Webshop visitors can therefore directly purchase the complete outfit they see in the photo.
Scalability
By automating processing, packshot editing goes online faster and scales with larger collections, with fewer manual correction rounds.
With Photopilot, we have achieved a significant breakthrough in the efficiency of our photography process. Model photos are available through the use of Photopilot software online the same day. Going live immediately with our (model) photos positively impacts our online conversion rates. Clothing on models sells better..
Apart from processing speed, automation provides us a saving of 0.8 FTE. Photopilot helps us to accelerate our growth ambitions to accelerate in the competitive online fashion market.

Impact
Time savings and efficiency improvements
For The Stone, this concretely means: fewer hours of photo editing, a shorter lead time from shoot to publication, and higher conversion because product photos go live earlier.
