Photopilot Studio

From camera to webshop

Traditional photography, camera integration, and AI processing in one image process

Photograph with your own camera, lighting, photographers, and models. The Studio app for Windows and macOS links Canon directly to the item; AI features like Model Swap and Size Guarantee are then an option, not a requirement.

  • Traditional photography and AI in one image process
  • Studio app for Windows and macOS with Canon integration
  • Mobile app for flat lays, labels, and details

Turn your studio into a publishing engine

Not just photographing, but immediately preparing product images, outfit sets, and webshop publication.

Studio to webshop

The camera is only the starting point

Photopilot connects the studio with the webshop. During photography, images are immediately linked to the correct item, pose, outfit set, and place in the webshop.

After that, packshots, model images and styling photos automatically go through the same rules for selection, editing, review and publishing. That makes the Studio page the entry point to your complete product image process.

Traditional photography and AI

One studio, three routes to publishable image

Photopilot does not replace your photographer, camera, or models. It combines shooting, image processing, and AI features, allowing you to choose the best route per item.

Photopilot Studio

Real photography remains the foundation

Work with your own photographer, models, lighting, and studio setup. Connect Canon directly or let images from existing studio software come in automatically.

AI Model Swap

Keep the photo, swap the model

Use an existing studio or location photo and replace only the person with your fixed AI house model. Clothing, pose, lighting, and environment remain unchanged.

Size Guarantee

Real fit, fixed AI house model

Capture length, proportions, and fabric fall on a real person and then use your fixed AI house model, retaining the photographed fit.

On the studio floor

Work from the camera or with the mobile app

Both apps link the shot directly to the correct item. Choose the operation that suits the type of image you are creating.

Windows and macOS

Photopilot Studio for the connected camera

Scan item and size, photograph with a connected Canon camera, and see each shot appear directly with the correct item.

Mobile app

Flat lays, labels, and details directly with the item

Scan an item on the studio floor and photograph a flat lay, care label, or detail with the mobile app. The image is stored in the same product file.

Flexible studio

Why software is often more flexible than a fixed photo booth

An automated hardware line can be strong for one streamlined shooting process. Fashion e-commerce often demands more: packshots, sets, models, AI models, supplier images, and custom exports side by side.

More flexible than a fixed booth

Use one studio for ghost, flat-lay, model, detail, and styling instead of locking your process to one shooting form.

Background removal in software

Photopilot can remove backgrounds, crop full images, and apply fixed margins. The shot doesn't need to be perfect from a fixed photo booth.

Article data drives the shoot

Scan item, color, size, or set and immediately record which images belong to which product, channel, and publication slot.

Existing studio

Photopilot Studio reads photos directly from the camera. Photos from existing studio software can come in via folders, exports, or fixed file names.

What are you shooting today?

One studio for packshots, models, and outfit sets

A studio team does not work in isolated modules. That is why this page shows where Studio continues: packshot editing, sets and styling, real models and AI models.

Keep the hardware, remove manual work from the chain

Set up your studio as you wish. Wall, light, tripod, camera, and existing software remain yours. Photopilot ensures each shot immediately links to the correct item.

Canon

Connect a Canon camera on Windows or macOS. Photos immediately appear with the correct article and are automatically cropped for the webshop.

Capture directly

Canon cameras can connect directly to Photopilot Studio, so images appear live in the selection interface.

Existing studio

Work with your existing studio setup, but let Photopilot handle the linking with articles, image editing, and publication.

Automated processing

Directly link photos from cameras, studio software, and existing folders to the right item.

Studio investment

Not every volume requires a €90,000 hardware setup

Photopilot is interesting when you want to keep the shooting flexible and do the automation mainly in software. With a Canon setup and good studio lighting, you get much better image quality from the source; Photopilot then takes over background removal, cropping, control, and export.

Amounts are indicative and depend on existing equipment, setup, and volume. In the consultation, we make this concrete for your studio.

Photopilot setup from approx. €12,500-€25,000

Canon EOS R6, 2-4 flashes or lights and Photopilot Studio

For many fashion teams, this is the most flexible start: scan the article, photograph with Photopilot Studio, and then automatically remove the background, crop, color correct, and publish.

  • EOS R6/R6 Mark II, tripod, barcode scanner, and recording station
  • 2-4 flash or continuous lights with softboxes, suitable for ghost, model or set photography
  • Automatically crop full-body images to packshot, model, detail, and channel-specific crops
  • Remove background, set crops, and publish to the webshop from one system
Existing studio can reach €90,000+

Heavy hardware line for highly standardized recording processes

An automated hardware line can be strong for one streamlined shooting process. Fashion e-commerce often demands more: packshots, sets, models, AI models, supplier images, and custom exports side by side.

  • Strong when almost every item follows the exact same recording process
  • Less flexible when packshots, sets, models, AI models, and custom work are mixed
  • Directly link photos from cameras, studio software, and existing folders to the right item.

From shoot to every product image slot

After the shoot, it is immediately clear which photo goes to which article, which spot on the product page, and which channel.

Each shot immediately gets a destination

Each shot gets article, pose, set, sequence, and publication status. As a result, packshot rules, Shop the Look relationships, and exports follow without extra folder work.

  • Front, back, detail, model, and set images per item group
  • Automatic cropping, margins, background, and color rules
  • Approval and publishing to webshop, FTP or export file
