Build, photograph, and export outfit sets to your webshop
Styling is more than a beautiful combination photo. Photopilot records which items are in an outfit, links that set to the studio shoot, and publishes the correct item relationships to your webshop.
Stylists make the creative choices. Photopilot monitors the registration: set number, barcode, items, photos, selection, and export remain one controlled flow.
From outfit idea to clickable product relations
The styling flow connects creative work on the studio floor with the commercial output in your webshop.
Shop the Look works best when set construction, photography, and product relations come together from the start. Photopilot brings that process forward: the set is built before photographing, so each photo is directly linked to the correct items.

Set construction
Prepare the outfit before the camera rolls
Add items via barcode, search field, or recent collection items. Photopilot saves main item, combinations, color codes, and order. The set gets a number and can be taken to the studio as a barcode label.
01
Scan or search items
Add items via supplier barcode, article number, or recent collection items. The set immediately gets its own number.
02
Print set label
Use the set number or barcode on the studio floor, so the photographer doesn't have to guess which outfit is in front of the camera.
03
Link to the shoot
During photography, you scan one item or select the set in Photopilot Studio. Photos, set, and items remain linked.
04
Select and publish
Approve the best images and export the set relationships to Shopware, Webshop Excel, or a custom integration.
Export
From selected photo to Shop the Look
After the shoot, select the best images. Photopilot exports not only the photo but also the relationship between set and items. This allows the webshop to directly show which products can be bought together.
Webshop Excel
Generate exports with product set relations for shops updated via Excel or import files.
Shopware export
Publish set relationships to Shopware, including status for what has already been downloaded or imported.
Split export
Make it clear per set which items belong together, useful for control, styling planning, and external processing.

Cross-sell automation
Turn styling automatically into sales blocks
Because Photopilot knows which items belong together in a look, we can also implement those relationships automatically as cross-sells in your webshop. Think Shop the Look, combine-with blocks, accessories or custom rules per brand.
Set numbers, barcodes, item relations, exports, and pre-publication check.
Article relations
Each photo knows which products are in it
The set retains the main item, combination articles, color codes, and article relationships. This allows your webshop to display the complete look instead of just a single photo.
Status
See what has already been processed
Exports have a status, so the team can see which sets have already been downloaded, imported, or still need to be reviewed.
Findability
Search by set, item, or collection
Stylists and e-commerce teams can find sets by set number, item number, or the items used in a look.
Studio
Fits into the existing shoot flow
De setflow werkt naast Photopilot Studio, StyleShoots, OrbitVu en Capture One. Stylingfoto's komen in dezelfde selectie- en publicatieworkflow terecht.
Product page
Shop the Look at item level
An item can show in which looks it has been used. This way, styling becomes not only inspiration but also a sales layer on the product page.
Control
Nothing live without correct relationship
Before publication, check image selection and article relations in the same environment. Deviations in set structure become visible before they appear in the webshop.
