How Photopilot works with BigCommerce

BigCommerce gives you a solid catalog with products, variants, and a fixed image order, but those images and texts still need to be added. Photopilot reads your catalog through the BigCommerce API, prepares images and product copy, and puts them back in their fixed positions after approval. Existing URLs and custom fields are left untouched.

What Photopilot reads from BigCommerce

Photopilot retrieves products and variants with their SKU, UPC, GTIN, and MPN, plus the existing product images in their sort order. Using those codes, Photopilot matches each BigCommerce product to the right item, even if your supplier data comes in by EAN and your store uses its own SKUs. An EAN in a custom field is recognized too. This creates one item view where supplier material and store data come together.
