Content enrichment for your ERP

Enrich ACA content: from a thin XML export to a complete product page.

ACA knows which items, colors, sizes, and stock are available. Photopilot turns that into product data that sells: target audience, color, material, copy, SEO, and translations, plus the Web only label. ACA remains the source, while the webshop gets everything complete.

From ERP to webshop

Sparse data from ACA, complete product pages in your online store.

ACA remains the source for item, color, size, and inventory data. Photopilot fills in anything that is missing or too limited there, and the result is sent to the webshop.

Typically ACA

Where things often go wrong in ACA.

  1. Codes in the item name

A W in the name means women for one brand and 'with' or 'woven' for another. Photopilot learns what those letters mean for each brand and sets the correct target group.

  2. Color names that do not mean anything

'Diversen' counts as no color, 'Multi' as multicolor. Photopilot measures the color on the packshot and fills in the color family.

  3. Collection and season at the wrong level

In ACA, collection and season are often stored only on the item, not on the series. Photopilot adds them to every color.

  4. Webshop items in a branch

If an item is only in the online store location or has an ItemStatus such as STKB, Photopilot applies the Web only label and removes it as soon as store inventory is available.

Connect

How we connect ACA.

  1. 1

ACA online store export to an FTP folder

ACA places the online store export, a ZIP file with XML files, in an FTP or SFTP folder that Photopilot can access. No development is needed on the ACA side.

  2. 2

    Map fields and picklists

We define which fields in ACA are leading, which ones Photopilot fills, and which values belong to your option lists.

  3. 3

    Trial run on your items

Photopilot enriches a selection of real items. You can review the changes field by field before anything goes live.

  4. 4

Enable by attribute and by field

After that, it runs automatically for every new item. We always enable publishing to the live shop together.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about content enrichment in ACA

Which ACA data does Photopilot enrich?

Target group, color family, material, care instructions, product copy, SEO and translations, based on items, color codes, sizes, brand, item group, collection, season and stock from BASIC, BASICEXT and STOCKINFO.

The target group in ACA is not always correct. What does Photopilot do?

Photopilot compares the ACA target audience with the item group, name, sizes, and photo, then completes or corrects it. You choose which source wins; any mismatch appears as a warning on the item.

How do enriched ACA items get into the webshop?

Photopilot writes copy, SEO, target group, color, material, and Web only directly to Shopware, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and other webshops, by language.

What is web only, and how does Photopilot retrieve it from ACA?

You define which ItemStatus values and which online store location mean web only. Photopilot then applies the Web only label and updates it when store inventory is added.

Are other ACA retailers already using Photopilot?

Yes, for example Van Tilburg Mode & Sport connects ACA to Photopilot, together with Fashion Cloud and its own studio.

Can we enrich older ACA items too?

Yes. Choose specific items or your full assortment, and you will see the enrichment cost upfront. After that, it runs for every new item.

What does content enrichment for ACA cost?

Product copy, SEO and translations in a single run start at €0.01 per product. For enriching older items, you see the price in advance, and attributes are billed at cost.
