Where things often go wrong in Shopware.
Property options that drift apart
Red, red, and Red/dark as three options in one property make a filter unusable. Photopilot fills the options that already exist, so every filter stays clean.
Material with percentage as a filter
No one will find an option like '48% cotton' in a filter. Photopilot stores material by fiber without the percentage, so the Cotton filter finds all items containing cotton; the full composition is shown separately on the product page.
Forgetting languages and sales channels
Copy that only exists in the default language is empty in a second sales channel. Photopilot reads the languages and sales channels from Shopware and writes per language for the channels you choose.
Overwrite what the team set manually
A value your team entered in Shopware stays as it is. Photopilot adds to it and manages only its own values.
Shopware 5 or Shopware 6?
Photopilot writes directly through the Shopware 6 Admin API: product translations, properties, and custom fields. If you still run Shopware 5, with custom properties and free-text fields, we set that up during onboarding. If a migration to Shopware 6 is planned, the enriched content will be correct in the new shop from the start.

Frequently asked questions about content enrichment in Shopware
Which fields does Photopilot fill in Shopware?
For each language, the product title, description, SEO title, meta description, and keywords. In addition, target audience, material, care instructions, and Web only as a property, color in your own color filter, and custom fields by agreement.
Will properties also become filters in our Shopware store?
Yes, if you want that. For each property group, you choose whether it appears on the product page only or also as a shop filter. Material is sent per fiber and without percentages, so the filter works.
Can Photopilot use our existing target group property?
Yes. Photopilot suggests which of your options belongs to which target audience and fills that property as soon as you confirm the mapping. If you do not have your own property, you get Photopilot's Target audience group.
What if our ERP specifies a different target audience than Photopilot?
For each attribute, you choose which source takes priority: the source system or Photopilot. If Photopilot differs from the source, you see a warning on the item and can filter by it.
What is the Web only label?
A property for items that are only sold online, for example because they are only in stock at the online store location. You set the rule; when store inventory is added, Photopilot removes the label again.
Does this also work with Shopware 5?
Yes. Photopilot writes directly through the Shopware 6 Admin API. For a Shopware 5 store, we map copy and properties to the right place during onboarding.
What does content enrichment for Shopware cost?
Product copy, SEO and translations in a single run start at €0.01 per product. For enriching older items, you see the price in advance, and attributes are billed at cost.
