Photopilot retrieves images and item data from sources such as Fashion Cloud, Stockbase, your ERP or POS system (such as ACA, LS Central, SRS, Business Central, or easyPOS), supplier portals, FTP/SFTP, uploads, and the photo studio. Images, text, and item data are then sent to Shopware, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Shopify, or as files to other systems via FTP/SFTP, Azure, or the API.

We then retrieve the images via a supplier portal or dealer environment, an FTP or SFTP folder, or a ZIP file upload. Photopilot links the files to the correct items; your team only reviews what can't be automatically matched.

We connect a custom webshop or DAM via FTP/SFTP, Azure Blob, an Excel export, webhooks, or the API.
