Frequently Asked Questions

The questions customers usually ask us first.

Sources

Fashion Cloud, Stockbase, ACA/SRS, PIM, ERP, supplier portals, FTP/SFTP, ZIP files, email attachments, and studio photos.

Destinations

Shopware, Shopify, Scayle, Fashion Cloud, PIM, DAM, Azure Blob, FTP/SFTP, webhooks, and custom webshops.

Does this work with our supplier data and internal systems?

Yes. We connect Photopilot to sources like Fashion Cloud, Stockbase, ACA/SRS, your PIM or ERP, supplier portals, FTP folders, ZIP files, and the photo studio. Images, texts, and item data then go to the systems you already use.

What if a supplier is not in Fashion Cloud or Stockbase?

Even then, we can automatically retrieve the images. A brand portal, dealer environment, FTP folder, ZIP file, or email attachment can be set up as a source. Photopilot links the files to the correct articles; your team only reviews what cannot be done with certainty.

Can you connect our custom webshop or platform?

Yes. Besides Shopware, Shopify, and Scayle, we also integrate with custom webshops, PIM and DAM systems, Azure Blob, FTP/SFTP, APIs, and webhooks. Together, we determine the format, filename, and order each system requires and when something can be published.

Can images, copy and metadata go to several places at once?

Yes. Through automatic or manual approval, Photopilot can simultaneously send packshots to the webshop, product texts to the PIM, and files to Azure or FTP. You decide per brand or collection if control is needed.

How much control do we retain?

You decide what can be automated and what needs to be reviewed first. You can start with manual approval and later automate per brand, collection, item type, or channel. Crops, backgrounds, image order, filenames, and export rules remain adjustable.

We already have a photo studio. Does that fit?

Certainly. You can continue photographing as you are used to. Photos from Profoto, OrbitVu, or Capture One can be automatically imported. With a Canon camera and Photopilot Studio, you scan the article or set during the shoot, after which the photos are immediately in the right place. Then follow editing, control, and publication.

How quickly can a first integration go live?

We start with one source, one product group, and one destination. If linking, approving, and publishing work well, we add other suppliers, studio steps, and systems. This way, you see quick results without starting a large IT project first.

What does it cost?
From €650 p/m

Photopilot starts at €650 per month. The final price depends on the number of articles, the image sources, the connections, and how you publish.
