Product content for fashion retail

One platform for product content. From source to webshop.

Photopilot helps fashion retailers process product data, product images, copy, and publishing per collection in a controlled way.

A new supplier, studio output, or webshop does not need to become a separate IT project: we connect source, rules, and publishing to the same article process.

  • 300.000+ articles processed
  • 9,5M+ supplier images linked
  • ~3.200 photos automatically edited per day

From source to webshop

Product data, images, and copy stay together

From Fashion Cloud, studio, or brand portal to webshop image, product copy, and publishing status: every step stays linked to the same article.

  1. 01 Sources

    Connect sources

Fashion Cloud, studios, ERP, PIM, and supplier portals all arrive at the same article.

  2. 02 Analyzer

    Understand the images

Photopilot recognizes model image, packshot, detail photo, or flat lay and chooses the right crop and edit.

  3. 03 Processing

    Crop, background and color

Crop, layout, background, and color follow the agreements per article group.

  4. 04 Control

    Approve before publication

Your team reviews exceptions before images and copy go to the webshop.

  5. 05 Publication

    Live in every channel

Webshop, PIM, marketplace, Azure, or FTP receive the same images, copy, and article fields back.

Concrete example

From source image to webshop image

Packshots visibly get the set margins around the item. For model photos, Photopilot sets a crop frame with margins around the person, so each output maintains the same space and proportion.

Per item group, set packshot margins, grid lines, and model margins. Output 1 can also be AI editing: clean up background, remove mannequin, create flat-lay, or generate an AI packshot when the source image is not yet publishable.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions customers usually ask us first.

Sources

Fashion Cloud, Stockbase, ACA/SRS, PIM, ERP, supplier portals, FTP/SFTP, ZIP, email attachments, and studio input.

Destinations

Shopware, Shopify, Scayle, Fashion Cloud, PIM, DAM, Azure Blob, FTP/SFTP, direct webhook or custom webshop.

Does this work with our supplier data and internal systems?

Yes. Photopilot is built as a connectable workflow layer. We connect sources like Fashion Cloud, Stockbase, ACA/SRS, PIM, ERP, supplier portals, FTP/SFTP, ZIP files, and studio input, and then transfer images, text, and metadata to the systems your team already works with.

What if a supplier is not in Fashion Cloud or Stockbase?

Then we use the Suppliers module. Brands with a brand portal, dealer extranet, FTP/SFTP folder, ZIP file, or email attachment get their own source in Photopilot. We measure what percentage of images automatically link to items and only manually review the exceptions.

Can you connect our custom webshop or platform?

Yes. In addition to Shopware, Shopify, and Scayle, we also connect with own webshops, PIM/DAM systems, Azure Blob, FTP/SFTP, APIs, and direct webhooks. During the consultation, we determine for each output the correct format, file name, order, status, and publication rule.

Can images, copy and metadata go to several places at once?

Yes. An approved product can send packshots to the webshop, product copy to PIM or Shopware, set relations to a custom integration and files to Azure or FTP at the same time. Photopilot tracks per destination what has been published and which step still needs attention.

How much control do we retain?

You maintain full control. Images and texts go live according to the agreed approval flow: first manually where necessary, and once you're satisfied, optionally with automatic approval per brand, collection, article type, or channel. Crop templates, background settings, AI prompts, file names, article order, and export rules remain configurable per segment.

We already have a photo studio. Does that fit?

Certainly. You can continue photographing as you are used to. We process Profoto, OrbitVu, or Capture One shoots via the studio output. If you connect a Canon camera with Photopilot Studio, we can work even smarter: scan article or set data during the shoot, and the photos appear directly with the correct article or set in the selection interface. Then they go through the same workflow for editing, content, review, and publication.

How quickly can a first integration go live?

We start small: one source, one product group, and one output. Once the matching, approval, and publication are reliable, we expand to additional suppliers, studio workflows, content rules, and destinations. This way, it doesn't become a large IT project before you see value.

What does it cost?
From €650 p/m

Photopilot starts from €650 per month. The exact price depends on volume, sources, integrations, and the route to webshop publishing.
